Mallie Law Office

Role: Content Strategist, Copywriter, SEO Specialist

Website: https://mallielaw.com/

Some clients just want a fresh start. That was the case with Mallie Law Office. In my capacity as a content strategist and copywriter for NSE Media, I was tasked with developing an effective content transition from the client’s old site to a brand new one. The old site had almost no content, so nearly every page would need to be written from scratch.

This allowed us to target select areas of practice that were important to the client to really expand the content. This meant we were able to focus on improving the authority of the website in ways that matched the priorities of the client from the beginning.

My Role

Homepage Copy

I was responsible for composing and submitting for approval all of the homepage copy on the website. Because of the nature of the website, complex legal ideas needed to be conveyed in a way that still achieved typical marketing goals (and that was SEO friendly).

Service Pages

Mallie Law Office offers a wide variety of legal services. Because the client’s previous website had very little content, I composed most of the service pages from the ground up. The website launched with a rough 500 word count for every service page. Over time, however, I’ve been able to add to the higher priority pages, substantially increasing overall word count, detail, and thoroughness.

Blog Posts

As part of our ongoing effort to build up the content throughout the site, I was able to create several new blog posts, each touching on a topic that would be important to readers. These blog posts were used for SEO purposes but also to attract a wider variety of user to the website.

The Results

The new Mallie Law Office website went live in 2016 and has seen increased traffic every year since. The excellent design of the website (thanks to Nick Engebretson and the rest of the NSE team) surely helped in this regard!
